These terms govern your use of afterglowgames.com (the "site"), operated by AfterGlow Games ("we", "us", "our"), a UK-based independent games studio. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What this site is
This site is an informational and marketing website for AfterGlow Games and its titles, including GG Life. It does not process payments or sell anything directly. All game purchases take place on Steam and are governed by Valve's own Steam Subscriber Agreement and refund policy, not these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site - including the AfterGlow Games and GG Life names, logos, artwork, screenshots, trailers, and copy - belongs to AfterGlow Games unless stated otherwise, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to this site, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
4. Games in development
GG Life is currently in development ahead of Steam Early Access. Release dates, features, screenshots, and pricing described on this site are subject to change without notice as development progresses.
5. Third-party links
This site links to third-party platforms including Steam, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, availability, or policies of those platforms.
6. No warranty
This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfterGlow Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This doesn't remove any statutory protections you're entitled to as a consumer in your own country.
